Four disadvantages groups to benefit from Covid-19 relief package

The Ha Noi People’s Council reported that the relief package proposed by the Ha Noi  People’s Committee was approved. 

Accordingly, the package would be given to the Social Policy Bank (Ha Noi branch) so that poor people would access to credit loans at preferential interest rates to surmount business and production difficulties. 

The preferential credit would prioritize four groups of people including (1) business households; (2) poor households and near-poor households; (3) social beneficiaries; and (4) production sites, collectives, and SMEs with intensive laborers. 

The package would give a priority to the following sectors: agriculture, food supply, healthcare, and essential services./.
