Finland shares urban sewage treatment experience with HN

Ambassador Kari Kahiluoto expressed the willingness to promote trade ties between Finland and Viet Nam.
The guest leader revealed that the business delegation comprised three enterprises specializing in urban sewage treatment especially converting waste into energy.
The Finnish side stands ready to share information and experience on urban sewage treatment with Ha Noi.
Vice Chairman Hung praised technological solutions on sewage treatment presented by Finnish companies.
According to Mr. Hung, Ha Noi has about 8,000 tons of sewage daily which must be treated.
The amount of trash is expected to surge sharply in the coming time due to population boom.
Hence, Ha Noi encourages foreign investors to engage in organic waste treatment, promising to provide favorable ways of procedures, transport connectivity, and site clearance for Finnish enterprises./.
