Consulting program to help handicraft enterprises
VGP - In response to Trade promotion program for export and domestic consumption 2014, Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade in cooperation with Viet Nam Handicraft Exporters' Association will hire foreign experts, offering advice to help enterprises develop their products.

Accordingly to the program, three experienced Europe experts will work with designers and sale executives of enterprises from August to October, consulting about model design and samples for export and domestic consumption.
The city will pay air tickets, transport, accommodation and wage for foreign experts. Production of samples and other related expenses will be paid by enterprises.
The program aims at enterprises in Ha Noi, which have competence for producing and exporting handicrafts and wish to increase their product value by improving design. They also must commit to follow city’s programs on product and design development, along with producing samples as agreed with the experts.
20 to 25 enterprises will be selected for the program; priority is given to exporting enterprises with export turnover of minimum US$ 300,000 per year.
To apply for the program, enterprises submit their dossier to Section of Information and External Affairs under Department of Industry and Trade (5th floor, Building at 331 Cau Giay Street). Dossier includes copy of Business Registration Certificate stamped by the enterprise, Application Form for the program and written introduction of enterprise and its products. - HNP
