Capital to measure people’s satisfaction with public services
VGP – The authorities of Ha Noi have recently issued a plan to measures satisfactory levels of citizens and organizations to some public services namely education, healthcare, water supply, and environmental sanitation in 2019.

The survey will cover citizens who directly experience and use public services in Ha Noi.
Public education services will be surveyed at 12 districts namely Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Ha Dong, Cau Giay, Nam Tu Liem, Son Tay, Thanh Tri, Hoai Duc, Soc Son, Chuong My, Thanh Oai, and Gia Lam.
Quality of public health services will be measured at Saint Paul, Ha Dong, Duc Giang, Ha Noi Maternity, Ha Noi Heart Hospitals and medical grassroot establishments at Hoan Kiem, Dong Da, Ha Dong, Cau Giay, Nam Tu Liem, Son Tay, Thanh Tri, Hoai Duc, Soc Son, Chuong My, Thanh Oai, and Gia Lam districts.
Services on water supply and environmental sanitation will be surveyed at the 12 aforsaid districts.
The survey will start in August and its outcomes will be available before November 30, 2019.
In addition, the city will measure satisfactory index of public administration services (SIPAS) on operation of departments, people’s committees of districts and communes in 2019./.
