Capital supports creative start-up
VGP – The Capital City of Ha Noi has implemented a project on creative start-up assistance, serving to create a new wind of startup.

So far, Ha Noi has owned adequate factors to become a center of creative startup as the city boasts for abundant labor resource with leading universities, collages, and vocational training centers.
As of October 26, 2019, the number of newly-established enterprises hit over 275,000 with 97% being SMEs. The number of new enterprises yearly grows by 9-13%.
In October, the city granted over 22,000 enterprises worth VND 266,295 billion, up 9% in number and 28% in value.
Recently, the Ha Noi municipal People’s Committee ratified and issued a project on creative business start-up in the 2019-2025 period which aims to uphold the sense of creation; formulate over 2-3 creative start-up gardens; attract 3-5 foreign investment funds.
By 2025, the project will develop 500 creative projects and at least 20% of enterprises will successfully mobilize capital from venture capital funds./.
