Capital provides 1,427 online public services
VGP – The Capital City of Ha Noi has deployed 1,427 online public services at level 3 and level 4, accounting for 79%.

The news is part of a report to the PM on e-Government building, administrative reform in the city, some key tasks and measures in the 2019-2020 period with a vision towards 2025.
The city built the e-government architecture in Ha Noi in accordance with Viet Nam e-government architecture framework (version 2.0). In 2019, the city will spare no effort to connect with the National E-document Exchange Platform.
The city has maintained and implemented two information and database systems on (1) population, enterprises, and insurance and (2) land and finance.
In addition, specialized information system has been upgraded and deployed in home affairs, investment, healthcare, education, industry and trade, agriculture, planning, construction, natural resources, and culture.
So far, shared electronic One Stop Shop was put into operation, serving to manage, supervise, and assess the settlement of administrative procedures.
As of August 28, 2019, 1,427 online public services out of 1,839 had been provided at level 3 and level 4, (meeting 79%). By late 2019, the city will achieve the goal of 100% online public services at level 3 and level 4./.
