Capital launches festival hotline
VGP - The Ha Noi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has officially announced a hotline to receive reports from residents and localities about activities related to cultural festivals as well as difficulties in organizing and managing festivals in Ha Noi from 2019.

The hotline 0869 295538 is available 24 hours a day and the number will be posted publicly at festival sites.
Queries will be handled directly by the operator. More complex cases will be reported to the department management for solutions.
Earlier, the department issued a plan for managing and organizing cultural festivals in the city in 2019.
Accordingly, the organization of festivals must be formal, economical, practical and effective. All acts of commercialization for profit-making in organizing festivities, which destroy cultural, historical and spiritual values must be prevented.
The department requested the People’s Committees of districts, wards and townships to set up an organization and management plan in order to ensure security, order and environmental sanitation during and after the festivals.
The department will coordinate with localities to deal with problems related to direction and management of festival organization./.
