Under the plan, by 2020, 100% of medical stations will be able to provide medical check-ups for health insurance holders.

As of December 31, 2017, 100% of communes will meet national healthcare criteria. Up to 100% of local population will get medical supervision.

To fulfill the aforesaid goals, the local authorities planned to allocate more capital to improve infrastructure for communal and district medical stations; improve manpower quality; and renovate financial mechanisms.

In addition, the city targeted to mobilize more resources to invest in health care centers.

Earlier, at a working meeting with the Ha Noi Health Department, Deputy PM Vu Duc Dam urged Ha Noi to early implement healthcare management records for local residents./.
