Regarding the Chinese market, in the coming time,  Ha Noi will learn about new regulations on imports with a view to mitigating risks; consolidating and accelerating key exports. Local enterprises will build long-term strategies to set up distribution channels in Chinese provinces and cities by formulating trade representative offices to learn about demands, passion, legal system; display products; seek partners; develop retail agents; build brand names; and register trademarks with the Chinese authorities.

In the U.S. market, the city will instruct local enterprises to finalize contract on schedule; provide recommendations on investment, production cooperation, technical barriers; raise competitiveness on costs; beef up connectivity. The local authorities will develop trade promotion activities; maintain processing, selling, and distribution via intermediate channels with a view to bringing Vietnamese products to the U.S., especially to the overseas Vietnamese community in California, Boston, Washington DC, New York, and Houston.

In Japan and the Republic of Korea, Ha Noi will strengthen linkages with trade companies which have already set footholds in Viet Nam and take advantage of them as a bridge to bring made-in-Viet Nam products to the foreign markets.

In addition, Ha Noi also develop specific strategies for key andtraditional exports including electronic spare parts, computers, garments and textiles, handicrafts, transport and spare parts.

The local authorities will build preferential policies to develop potential exports including software, IT, furniture, and building materials./.
